If you're having trouble logging in:

Please make sure you're logging in with the same e-mail address as your PayPal account, as the video courses are associated with your PayPal address.
Check that your name appears at the top of the page (which means you're logged in), then you should be able to watch the videos.
Please also make sure that your subscription to the relevant Level is still active (one year after purchase). If this is no longer the case, you can reactivate it for €49 per year by emailing us at info@kobido.com
